Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, holidays, carrier delays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery times vary based on carrier availability, customer location, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside of Abren Labs’ control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Abren Labs is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, customers should contact both the carrier and Abren Labs support for assistance.

Restricted Locations

Abren Labs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict shipments to any location where products may be prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable for delivery.
